Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
- Watches must be returned in new, unworn condition with protective films intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
